Belmont has two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a fully equipped self contained kitchen, a centrally located lounge/dining area, a separate laundry, a back deck, undercover car parking and secure storage for bicycles.
Belmont accommodates up to 2 adults per bedroom per booking. Maximum booking is 4 adults.

Minimum stay - 2 nights
Bookings of 2 nights or more will include a breakfast hamper for the first morning. Breakfast provisions are not included when booking a hot deal – only when full rate is paid.

AvailabilityCheck In
- Check in 3.00pm – Check out 11.00am (late checkout fee applies)
- Prior to your arrival we will email / sms you the code to get the key out of the key safe located on the back deck just to the right of the back glass doors
- Your privacy is important - so no need to contact us before you check out - just leave the key in the safe where you found it
- Bookings of 2 nights or more will include a breakfast hamper for the first morning
Details
- Bicycle friendly – bring your own or use our Complimentary bikes (up to 4)
- Pampered Pooches (Dog friendly) – limit of 2 small dogs, must be house trained
- Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas
- Belmont is a retreat for adults and couples only. It is unsuitable for persons under the age of 18 years.
- Quiet neighbour policy applies. Parties, weddings or other functions are not permitted
- Open fireplace guard must be latched closed at all times (read further instructions)
Cancellations
- More than 14 days prior to arrival – full refund less $50 administration fee
- 8 days to 14 days – 50% refund
- 0 to 7 days – no refund 100% forfeited
- Any payments or gift vouchers will be forfeited for non arrival
COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY – if you are unable to travel due to official government border closures & restrictions we will happily move your booking into credit for you to advise an alternate date either now or at a later date (subject to availability and booking conditions eg: public holidays/long weekends) in the future when restrictions are lifted (valid 12 months).
